For a menswear luxury company we are looking for the WW Sales Director.
Mission and general features
Ensure the achievement of Wholesales, Franchising and Retail network targets for the respective area, coordinating and supporting area managers and retail manager for the achievement of budget goals, in line with company’s brands and commercial strategies.
1. Implement agreements in line with company positioning strategies, he/she is a contributor in the sales strategy definition, selling capacity and profits expected by the company.
2. Contribute to the definition and pursue the budget objectives for the related network.
3. Optimize (develop, expand, streamline, etc.) the wholesale, franchising and retail channel, in line with the company distribution strategies (and distribution identity).
4. Ensure distribution partners provide an adequate level of service, ensuring respect for the merchandising policies and corporate identity agreements, supporting them with suggestions on specific development initiatives.
5. Monitor the activities of the competition on the relevant territory.
6. Manage the human resources assigned, develop the performance of sales personnel, continuously plan, manage and evaluate the activities and provide incentives and motivation.
Perfect candidate characteristics
At least 15 years of experience
Strong experience in wholesales with preference in menswear sector with good knowledge of European, Russian and Middle East markets
Better if experience in Retail
Based in Milan
